I loved the central location of the hotel, making it easy to explore this city. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always making sure I had everything I needed. The breakfast selection was impressive and delicious, making for a great start to my day. Lastly, the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive.

The decor of the hotel was absolutely stunning. The beautiful gardens and fountains created a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. The breakfast had a great variety of delicious food to choose from. the location was ideal for exploring the city and nearby attractions.

Sadly, the spa facilities were quite limited and not up to our expectations. The staff could also be quite unhelpful at times and didn't seem very interested in offering assistance.

The hotel is located in the center of town which is convenient. the parking space is limited. the rooms are clean and comfortable, but the bathroom is small and not well-equipped. the service is good, although there are some misunderstandings about the facilities. Breakfast is delicious and has a wide range of options.

The facilities advertised on some websites can be misleading.

During our stay at Grand Hotel Rogaska Premium, we were delighted to find a close proximity to a mineral water station, which was just a short walk away. The spa facilities were fantastic, and the friendly personnel made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The food, although not the best in Rogaska, was still enjoyable, and we appreciated the availability of pools within walking distance. Our premium room was comfortable and met our European standards. our experience was wonderful and we look forward to returning in the future.
